Can someone please tell me why my herbs look like this?

They were perfectly fine and thriving for so long. Then they just flopped over and wilted. It has been in the 90s all week, so I'm sure the heat has something to do with it. Yes, I'm watering a normal amount. Will they come back?

Wow, that's horrible! I don't think temps in the 90s should do that to herbs. They look unwatered, but that's obviously not the problem. Sorry...update, please? Are they getting any better? The rest look great. And I love the photo collage!!
